Fog Lake “Rattlesnake”

Some songs are perfect for a rainy day.  “Rattlesnake,” the latest song from one-man band Fog Lake, is the best one I’ve heard in a while.  It’s fitting that an act from Newfoundland could make a song that is both melancholic and redemptive.  Like the Atlantic itself, the song is often sublime, offering us a glimpse into something very special.  In this case, it’s a stunning view into Aaron Paul’s beautiful, self-contained world.  “Rattlesnake” is untainted bedroom pop at its finest.
